The charred banana loaf is a real treat for the dessert lover. All you need is a large bowl to mix all the ingredients, a baking pan and an oven to bake the mix at 180˚for approximately 35 minutes (adjust the baking time if you want the loaf slightly more baked). A big plus is that this sweet loaf is gluten free!
- 3 mashed ripe bananas
- 4-6 spn organic maple syrup (can adjust according to preferred level of sweetness)
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 200g ground almonds
- ½ cup raspberries (you may also use blueberries, pecan nuts or dry currents)
