Overnight oats is easily my utmost favourite breakfast. This chia seed overnight oats recipe is cool, creamy, flavourful and filling. Just like all other overnight oats recipes, the chia overnight oats are super easy to make: throw all the ingredients in a large bowl, mix well, and leave in the refrigerator for the night.



2 cups rolled oats

1.4 cup chia seeds 

1.4 cup macademia butter (as you can tell, we like our oats super creamy. You can adjust this measurement according to your preference)

+-4 cups of rice milk (any non-dairy milk generally works)

1.8 cup maple syrup (again, you can adjust this to your preferred level of sweetness)

2 small bananas ( we add banana to all our overnight oats recipes because, well, they add such a great flavour to the dish. Berries also work. We usually add these together with the bananas).
